Very good location, spacious and confortable rooms, great breakfast, wonderfull home-made ice-cream :)
They gave us a map with sugestions on restaurants and stores. The restaurants were very good (specially Miss Ly) but one of the stores they recommended was not so good (Mr. Sun) but the managers was great in solving our problem with the store.

The size of the room was spacious. There is a living room area with sofa and table, besides the bedroom and bathroom. The hotel provides bicycles for rental (FOC) and that was really great as some part of Hoi An street are closed to traffic and quite safe to cycle. My kids have a good time cycling around Hoi An, all thanks to the free bicycles provided.
The rain shower tends to wet the area outside the shower, hence, would suggest that the hotel install shower curtain. Else, the floor will get wet and slippery. The breakfast spread was not great and the price charged for kids is definitely not worth it. I really regret paying for breakfast at this hotel.

The staff excessively pushed unrequested packages, which became absolutley tiresome to deal with. Breakfast was the same every single day-how original! After this distinctly mediocre experience, I certainly expected at least a complimentary drink, but that was too much to ask. I almost thought about giving a positive review, yet just couldn't bring myself to. Disappointing, really.

Everything was just very good. We enjoyed a lot the atmosphere at the Wine bar.
Not a big issue but IT facilities were limited (in case, you do not have your own computer with you).

The location is just ideal.
The concierge staff were overly pushy, constantly trying to sell us packages. The breakfast options didn't change throughout our four-day stay. To top it off, the pillows were uncomfortably soft, leaving us restless at night.

Awesome breakfast spread - the best we had in vietnam. Great rooms and very comfortable stay. Nice pool and very relaxing. On the edge of the small town so able to walk everywhere, but just removed enough so still quiet.
Would have been nice to have a bath in the room

What a fantastic getaway! The breakfast was very nice with so many choices. I still crave that spicy Vietnamese omelette. The pool area was blissful, perfect for unwinding, though the temperature of the pool could be warmer. I'd definitely choose this place again.

It's in walking distance of the centre of Hoi An and yet very peaceful & relaxing. All staff were so welcoming, pleased to see and help us and efficient: the reception staff were exceptionally helpful and all genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay and Hoi An. Rooms were well laid out and the fact that we didn't have a river view wasn't an issue at all. Well kept, green gardens.
No complaints at all. Our only observation was that it was a surprise that there wasn't a bar on an upper ground level so that you could sit overlooking the river. The bar is by the hotel entrance and is fine but not much view. The Vienna Cafe is on the ground floor by the river but has a high hedge. The restaurant overlooks the river but didn't seem a place to sit and have an early or late evening drink.

A wonderful experience. Ideal location (stepping out of the hotel you enter the old city of Hoi An) yet very quiet.Large and beautiful room. Charming staff. Excellent breakfast on a terrace overlooking the river. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The guest rooms, hotel and grounds were great for relaxing and conveniently located for exploring the historic town of Hoi An or heading to the excellent beach nearby using a hotel bicycle (or transfer).
There was some construction taking place across the river. The hotel provided lots of information and made arrangements for guests to use facilities of alternative hotels if they wished, which was excellent.
